• Analyst – Risk and Compliance - {Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Verify Know Your Client (KYC) facts by interrogating internal and external systems to acquire information. Doing so will ensure that client records are accurately kept and are up to date within specified SLAs.
• Immediately escalate any suspicious activity or behaviour.
• To get the greatest customer outcome that is in the Bank's best interest to foster customer advocacy, balance various opinions, customer/client insight, and policies.
• Analyse factual consumer information against a range of sources using your own judgement within the process's clearly stated limitations.
• When necessary, note discrepancies for further inquiry and remedy using established procedures.
• To provide outstanding performance, collaborate closely with the Team Leader and the rest of the Team.
• Work with the Quality team and adopt any suggestions

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
