• Helping with training on catalogue content acquisition and filling. Organise with internal teams, vendors, and sellers to create the catalogue and image of the products.
• Interacting/coordinating face-to-face with the suppliers, seeing and fixing mistakes, and reviewing & recommending SOP modifications, if applicable, to the team based on input from Category managers.
• Help the category team locate and set up deals in accordance with the rules, etc.
• The person is anticipated to take on more responsibility in addition to serving as a support associate who trains merchants to be independent on the platform.
• These responsibilities include starting and leading projects for process improvement and actively taking part in calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and, as needed, onboard new processes across category functions.
