Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
Keep consumers informed on open cases in a timely and consistent manner; cases shouldn't go longer than two days without an update.
Develop expertise in each product module in accordance with the performance plan, starting with purchasing and working your way through the invoicing, reporting, and other modules.
Assume responsibility for each case up until its end or a permitted escalation.
Proactively engage clients to obtain all data required to settle the situation, or to gather requirements required for task assignments or enhancements.
Proactively update customers on all open cases, such as updates from implementation and testing, by communicating these updates to them in a timely manner.
Take charge of handling the tickets that you have been given and follow through properly until they are resolved.
Take the initiative to initiate the requirement-gathering process for scenarios involving change management.
Regularly add content to the client-facing online Knowledge Base and update outdated fixes to give clients a helpful self-service tool to use before contacting Customer Care resources.
