Selection Process Criteria -

- Taking care of Service Now tickets, issues, and requests by thoroughly analysing the details and taking suitable action.
- Ensure that incidents and requests are resolved within 96 hours or less of the SLA. Data extraction from the asset database and the Service Now tool, as well as the preparation of timely and accurate reports.
- Creating and maintaining extensive process documentation as needed, and updating it on a regular basis As part of provisioning, assist depot tech in contacting other resolution teams.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required because the job requires daily coordination with onshore teams, clients, and users in the UK and North America. Tasks should be prioritised based on their importance and urgency.
