Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- All complaints or requests reported by end users should go to this person first.
- Usually offers technical help to both internal and external clients accountable for offering.
- Customers, employees, and/or employees' first-line telephone technical assistance for hardware, operating systems, sub- systems, and/or applications.
- Employs fundamental diagnostic approaches to locate issues, look into other causes, and offer suggestions for fixing frequent errors.
- Ownership of End user issues from the beginning through resolution and follow- up as required by the process.
- Escalates complex issues to the Field Engineering team.
- Upholds call quality and response times in accordance with the established SLAs.
- Keep call logs and makes sure that all cases are updated in the system.
- Support several clients with professionalism and knowledge in customer service.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
