• Respond to incoming calls from customers and/or enters data from any customer care channel into the ticket system.
• Verify that all caller information, including address information, is accurate and that reported incidents are covered by contract if there is no contract, obtain the customer's cost agreement.
• Engages consumers to better comprehend concerns reported and offers help in accordance with the solution tree and knowledge base procedure to identify and resolve events(i.e. password resets, software configuration, etc)
• Use remote tools to examine, investigate, and fix technological problems.
• When a resolution is not successful, escalate the problem in accordance with the defined protocol and notify the client of the following steps.
• Keep track of the Universal Work Queue(UWQ) revison of the tasks that have been allocated, making and amending tickets to reflect changes (i.e., cancellations, additional information).

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
