Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Adheres to all process rules, complies with all prescribed procedures, and makes sure that performance standards are met and/or surpassed in comparison to SLA standards.
• Ensures that all assignments (audits) are delivered promptly and accurately in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• First quality assessment, appropriate documentation, and report-out.
• Appropriately resolving and finishing given issues and associated assignments.
• Seek and accept input from coaches and mentors to improve knowledge and abilities.
• Obtain and share knowledge from onshore/client (as and when appropriate)
• Collaborate with other existing organizations to improve processes and get rid of waste.
• Contribute to the process of the Lead/Team Manager's work and, if appropriate, use good communication to forge relationships with onshore teams.
• Handles various duties in a timely, considerate, and productive manner while adapting to shifting work environments, priorities, and situations.
