Selection Process Criteria -

- Provides entry-level administrative and transactional aupport for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Manages inbound workflow as assigned projects to complete the support needed for technical Operations Organisations.
- Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy.
- Interfaces with maintenance Programs facilitating effective communication to manage workload in accordance with business requirements.
- Audits technical documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Supports creation of technical documents to perform aircarft maintenance.
- Administrative support of technical document application/software.
- Engages in training and skill development, including relationship building.
