• Collaborate closely with the HR leadership team on the main HR strategy project and coordinate with the business, HRBPs , COEs and staff to ensure that the selected initiatives are carried out without a hitch.
• Own the cretion , planning, and execution of programmes for central strategic HR and performance management.
• Support leadership teams, HRBPs and employees by giving them knowledge about the philosophy, system, process, and statistics of performance management as a whole.
• Keep track of the initiatives that have been identified, and do routine follow-ups and reviews with stakeholdersto make sure implementation is going well.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and use them.
• Follow up on keep up withthe peroformance Management database, insights, and patterns on a regular basis.

Selection Process Criteria -
