- Junior BDR - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Locating, creating, and putting into practise development prospects in both current and new markets.
- Fostering commercial ties with clients, both current and future.
- Must comprehend the client's demands and present remedies.
- Shoul reply to client requests for proposals, follow-up calls, and future client queries.
- Must make cold calls potential, and new clients lifetime value and convert free users to premium subsribers through plan upgrades.
- Elicit recommendations and glowing testimonials from customers.
- All call, appointment, demonstration and conversion/upgrade quotas hould be met or exceeded.
- Using our CRM software , keep track of all lead administration.
- Potential clients are shown how to use the product at its early stages of development.
- Work effectively both alone and with others in a cross.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
