Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Monitor & motivate the production team on daily basis for achieving day-to-day production activity of all the plants.
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and targets.
•  Provide support to the team to resolve any process / product-related issues/problems.
• Ensure Raw Material consumption as per the defined recipes by minimising the wastages in the manufacturing processes.
• Ensure meeting all customer commitments on time in full (OTIF).
• Constantly strive to implement new methods/techniques which would lead to cost savings within the Production system.
• Ensure proper coordination with the Maintenance team in providing the desired level of engineering services for all plant equipment.
• Preparation and Monitoring of SOP/OCP and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with norms related to, ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001 (IMS).
• Demonstrate the ability to carry out the organisation’s vision to manage changes.
• Monitoring of supply and demand.
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and targets.
•  Provide support to the team to resolve any process/product-related issues/problems.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
