1. Manager-Projects

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Manager-Projects post, the candidates will get Rs 4.6 - 7.2 Lac per annually Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned in last.

• Manager-Projects - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Age Limit - For VI recruitment, candidates should be having minimum age of 18 years. There is no limit to upper age. To get more information about age, you can refer to the detailed notification. 

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• To create Site Profiling for all Sites to get all necessary information of a Site beforehand and ensure billing validation happens as per the MSA agreed timelines. The parameters are to be updated in the regular interval since it is dynamic in nature.
• Carry out Joint Visits of Sites with IPs to identify High rental cases by interacting with Site Owners/Society representatives etc.
• Facilitate IP Fee-related dispute resolutions along with Stakeholders in O&M and Finance.
• Ensure all billing disputes are resolved as per the TAT.
• Maintaining of Complete Validated Bill details deductions made MOM and reasons for deductions made.
• Ensure closing signoff for no IP billing disputes for the certified period once disputes are closed by the IPs.
• Custodian of all IP Bill Validations and MIS input to Portals, Mobile Apps and any other company database.
• Ensuring all the deletions are captured MOM which has an impact on the Billing and support in Billing validations.
• Ensuring that all Billing Data Bases are up to date in the Order management system/portal provided for the same. Also collecting all Billing impacted details by coordinating with the Circle O&M team MOM.
• Ensuring that IP Bill Verification is carried out effectively and Order Management is done as per corporate guidelines.
