1. Intern - Employee Engagement

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Interns post, the candidates will get Rs 2.0 - 2.5 Lac per annum approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned in last.

• Intern - Employee Engagement {Any candidate having 12th in any stream}.

Age Limit - For Dunzo recruitment, candidates should be having minimum age of 18 years. There is no limit to upper age. To get more information about age, you can refer to the detailed notification.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Plan and execute engagement activities for all team members, both virtual and in-person event
• Create, Manage and track the event calendar of Dunzo
• Draft all communications related to events.
• Draft content for event creatives.
• Create event creatives
• Coordinate with other teams for executing the event.
• Coordinate and follow up with different engagement vendors to conduct the event and wellness/fitness/financial sessions.
• Send invites to respective team members and reminders email and messages on slack channel to get maximum engagement
• Post Event coordination and responsible for rewards to winners and volunteers
• Miscellaneous work

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
