Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Identify and select routine cases for processing, determine appropriate prioritisation criteria, and note reasons for any delays.
• Assess cases to distinguish those with particular complexities and/or specific issues, and escalate appropriately.
• Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing.
• Write and edit the case narrative.
• Generate reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance timelines.
• Determine appropriate case follow-up, requesting follow-up letters when appropriate.
• Review, rank, verify, process and document: event terms; case classifications (validity, seriousness, expectedness/listed news/labelled news); special scenarios; product complaint information; report-ability with due date; and accuracy and consistency.  Based on an assessment of cases, process accordingly.
• Liaise with key partners, including Pfizer Country Organisations, Clinical Development, License Partners, and other stakeholders regarding safety data collection and data reconciliation.
• Consistently apply regulatory requirements and Pfizer policies.
