Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below
- Ensure customer and prospect engagement through digital marketing campaigns thereby ensuring the timely completion of projects within the optimal budget
- Execute the paid media advertising campaigns across websites and identify promotional channels to organically reach the online target audience
- Enable relationships/ partnerships with key industry players, vendors and digital promotion/ advertisement agencies
- Create digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels utilizing tools and techniques such as paid search, SEO and SEM
- Use appropriate analytic tools (such as Google Analytics) to track performance of all digital marketing activity and plans
- Conceptualize and design the social media profiles of dealerships to drive brand awareness and to gauge the audience engagement
- Identify trends and insights from integrated digital campaigns and optimize spend and performance on each campaign
- Undertake research studies that yield insights into online consumer behavior and other behavioral trends
- Tailor the organization’s digital activities across existing and future platforms by evaluating the customer demand cycle
- Keep abreast of new digital platforms and utilize them in campaigns to keep the dealership at the forefront
